The True Harmony Approach

True Harmony Yoga Therapy offers an individualized, integrative approach to well-being through the therapeutic application of yoga, sound, breath, meditation, embodiment, and self-regulation practices.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all yoga class, yoga therapy meets each person where they are. Sessions are adapted to support the unique needs of the body, mind, nervous system, emotions, and lived experience of the individual.

At its heart, True Harmony Yoga Therapy is about restoring connection — to the body, to breath, to inner steadiness, and to the natural intelligence that supports healing from within.

Eva’s work blends the wisdom of yoga therapy with therapeutic sound, somatic awareness, and decades of experience in music, education, embodiment, and healing arts.
